Be jealous. This is what I did yesterday. I made pasta and lots of it. The Laurels (and Holly) came over and we made more pasta. We made fresh tomato and basil sauce - which is just tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic and salt - and we ate it. Yum.
We started with the dough.
Ran it through this awesome machine.
A few steps later, we had these beautiful noodles. Fresh pasta smells amazing.
We then played with ate the pasta.
Then we assembled the sauce to eat on the pasta.
Pretty girls, always makes dinner more fun.

Aside from having fun with the girls and eating yummy pasta, I loved the whole process. I felt very domestic and creative. That is a feeling I would like to feel more often.

Aww, you have the best laurels ever. I have great memories with them...church ball, camp and YWs. Give them hugs for me. You pasta looks AWESOME!
