I can't believe I haven't written down all the amazing things in our lives since January!
I couldn't possibly break it into small posts, even though it pains me to lump it all together. It may pain you more to actually have to read it all. Feel free to glance at pictures and move on.
For no other reason than I adore her, I'm including my sweet Riley girl.
Love this dog. She brings joy to everyone.
We had a very cold winter (relative to TN winters!). I think we had 6 snow days this year! Every morning Drew would sit on the heater vents to warm up. I remembered doing the same thing at his age. It made me happy.
This picture is here to provide proof to my kids' therapists that I did indeed do nice things for them for holidays. Happy heart day.
Wrestling. Evan wrestled around 50 matches this year. I sat through almost all of them. I loved it. He got his Varsity letter this year and the Most Improved Season Award. It was so much fun. The team was really close, and the parents all got to be great friends.
Meeting Jenette McCurdy, a.k.a. Sam on iCarly. She was in Nashville Jan-March recording an album and came to church with our ward. She is a Laurel (16-18 year old girls at church).
It was lots of fun to get to know her. She's super sweet and talented and the boys have big crushes.
Cake decorating. Allie made this beautiful cake. Of course, she added that to her list of things she loves to do. She's so creative and has such a great eye.
LaRee. My dearest friend LaRee came for my birthday in January again. I love, love, love her visits. We did tons of fun stuff. This is from the Nash Trash tour. We laughed so hard our stomachs hurt the next day. Of course, we do that anytime we're together, but this tour his hilarious.
Cheez Wiz and cracker snacks on the pink bus.
Photography class. This is a picture from Allie's photography class. It's pretty cool. She takes pictures constantly, of everything. Again, one more amazing talent for my girl.
SPRING BREAK
We went to Gulf Shores again this year with Mom & Dad. We shared (squatted) in their beach house. Brandi & family stayed a short distance down from us. It was a beautiful week to be there. Weather cooperated much better this year. Darin fished and fished and fished. Evan got burnt. Sun poisoning and the med clinic. Lambert's for dinner. Drew loved catching the rolls.
Evan's deep hole. He's standing straight up inside of it.
This was the day they made forts out of umbrellas and played under the house in the cool sand.
Allie's ocean pictures.
I love to do puzzles with the kids. We usually put one out when snowed in, or on rainy days.
Darin has never helped put one together. Ever. He's usually just not home to do them. This is our 1,000 piece "Can you find it" puzzle. He was hilarious. It became an obsession. Just like everything else in his life. A mission - gotta get it done. I love that about him, I really do.
Glasses.
Last but not least, Nathan gets glasses. Poor kid had been having headaches for awhile. It finally clicked for me one day. Sure enough, he can't see squat. He looks darling in them. After a rough few first days, being accused of being a nerd, and every one paying tons of attention to them, I think he's getting used to them. I think he looks dashing, and loads smarter.
I know, I am biased.

Nathan looks so much older in his glasses not to mention....so handsome. Fun time in Al over spring break. Makes me cry to leave. Loved the time with all my family!
